A.Moron on Monday, May 19, 2008 : Food problem? [2 comments]

This article is not related to the food problem of India. Rich Indians are not eating too much food, they may be wasting a lot of food as they used to do always for centuries. Rich people spend less on food more on luxuries. Spending money on fine wine cannot cause food problem. Anyway food problem does not exist. Vegetables are too cheap.
Anonymous on Thursday, March 13, 2008 : Wildlife extinction woes [1 comments]

A well researched article. The crux is really about how to "gainfully" employ the people in the surrounding habitat so that (a) we get their support in conservation and (b) we eliminate human-animal conflict issues and (c) we wean them away from the lure of poachers. ok People. It is not easy to ban plastic but there has to be drive to get people to carry their own bags for shopping. Many times people are not educated enough and look at you ridiculously when you tell the salesman at the counter that you are ok to put the shoe box in your own bag! Also, we being a country that we are, how difficult is it to get....
A.Moron on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 : Plastic bag ban! Even Bangladesh did it [5 comments]

A method of recycling of plastic was in use Russia for decades; now Japanese are using that process. It is simple and does not cause any environmental pollutions but plastic bags are turned into materials for making tiles or any heavy duty plastic boxes etc. India can also get this technology very easily from Russia. Disposal of rubbish is a serio....
Truth Speaks on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 : Plastic bag ban! Even Bangladesh did it [5 comments]

A.Moron, I both agree and disagree with you. 1) There is no way to ban plastic bags. But definitely, there are ways to minimize the use of plastic bags. 2) Plastic recycling is a very costly process and potentially harmful. Making bags with some alternative natural material is a possible solution.
A.Moron on Monday, February 11, 2008 : Plastic bag ban! Even Bangladesh did it [5 comments]

There is no way to ban plastic bag , it is idiotic. However, every country should follow Japan in this matter. Japanese people have to put their plastic in a separate big plastic bag for disposal. There are separate boxes for plastic in every street corners. That is the way plastic can be recycled and turn into titles for roof.
