2	030201kishankb on Monday, August 13, 2007 : Jihad is an Islamic social mindset, a cultural hangup and a political tool for ruling elites including muftis and autocrats with a mistaken belief that they can subjugate and humiliate non-Islamic followers to submissions. Only Muslims can neutralize it once they realize that jihad is a loosing proposition for survivors. The VP of India is an Indian with Muslim beliefs and he represents leftist in the government. He took an oath to uphold Indian constitution and he is bound by Indian constitution in any of his official capacities. His personal views are personal choices as long as it does not interfere with discharging his duties under Indian constitution.
