Hinduism is in danger of being again targeted by islamic beliefs which is very dangerous. but still i have a feeling that one day each and every hindu in the world will unite and fight against this menace called islam. hope and pray for another incarnation of lord vishnu to destroy this menace. jai hind. pls keep writing. thanks.

A.Moron on Jul-03 : This judge has done something which is illegal. A judge has no right to change a law, discard a law or amend a law. Only the Parliament can do that.
Thus, the judgement of High Court Judge is illegal.

What is the system of appointments of the High Court and Supreme court judges.Anyone who has 10 years experience after passing the LLB(by copying most possibly) can be selected to be a High Court judge, if he has enough contacts and relatives in the judiciary. Then they go to the Supreme Court.
