1	S.Ghosh on Oct-21 : H.Srinivas is correct. There is nothing Indian in the ISRO and also in the missile programme of DRDO, all imported from the Soviet Union, Russia, Israel and recently from USA. However, that is also true about Chinese space programme, which is all Russian. The only difference is that Chinese have sent a Chinaman directly from China, India"s Rakesh Sharma did that from Kazahstan, then in the Soviet Union. China has imported more than 2000 Russian scientists to develop its weapons, space, missiles. India could have done that, as the Russians like to come to India but hate their old enemy China. However, India has lost that opportunity. It does not matter if some of them are spies of Israel or Russia, as they are our friends, so it should not matter.
