News Summary: Kashmir is burning once again and the renewed communal conflicts are coming back to haunt India. The Problem regarding the disputed region of Jammu and Kashmir has recently provoked a possible nuclear war between India and Pakistan. The problem was originated in 1947 and there is no sign that it will be resolved given the rigid stand taken by both India and Pakistan. 22	Manoj Kodi on Jul-14 : Feedback sent to Author: The-Kashmir-Problem-and-its-solution Your entire ideology and understanding regarding J&K dispute is totally wrong under the UN resolution, and a complete failure logically because you don"t address the fundamental facts in detail in historical, legal & humanitarian perspective of the JK problem. Maharaja Hari Singh"s Rule was unjustified and completely autocratic one. The cruel, murderer, self styled and autocratic Maharaja Hari Singh had massacred and oppressed people in the State by using force over them to get his materialistic hunger fullfulled. So, his legacy over the J&K is not justified and is nondemocratic one. J&K is a DISPUTED TERRITORY & never a part of either India or Pakistan unless and until "right of self determination" is DIRECTLY given to the people of the sate by a FREE , FAIR & IMPARTIAL PLEBISCITE which is to be held in the ENTIRE STATE, in absence of Indian as well as Pakistani armies in any part of state, under NEUTRAL administration , under UN auspices, as decided by UN Security Council(on 5 th January, 1949), as an UNEQUIVOCAL & most accurate solution of the problem. Any UNSC Resolution cannot be canceled outside UNSC & is binding on both parties to the dispute in similar manner as a judgment passed by a supreme court is binding on both parties & is irreplaceable even if both parties sit together AFTER judgment & decide to CANCEL that ( as per UN CHARTER). Read Kashmir Dispute, Kashmir in UNO, Prof. Alastair Lamb"s accurate story of Kashmir"s so called instrument of accession, a MASTERFRAUD on "Google Search". UNSC declared PEOPLE of Kashmir , the MOST IMPORTANT party to the dispute & countries like India & Pakistan nothing more that CLAIMANTS ONLY. UNO sent its representatives 1. Admiral Chester Nimitz, 2.Gen. Macnaughton, 3. Sir Owen Dixon, 4. Dr. Frank Graham & 5. Gunnar Jarring one after another since 1949 to present formulae for "synchronised withdrawal" of armies of both sides of the state so that freedom & fairness of the plebiscite is guaranteed, all recommendations accepted by Pakistan but rejected only by India. Indian Prime Minister Nehru"s version was that first, Pakistan"s full army is removed from the parts of the state she occupied & a gap of few weeks should be given & after that India WILL START withdrawal of her army from the part of state she occupied ( so that India gets easy chance of occupying the WHOLE state & after that India will say, " What is plebiscite ? We won"t allow anything. Entire Kashmir is ours.") Only foolish persons will accept that. So, the plebiscite couldn"t be held b coz of obstacles & stumbling blocks created by India. Pakistan was all the time ready for plebiscite but India was never. Nehru changed stands, all unprincipled & dishonesty based like clothes daily. Once he said, Indian army is world"s most neutral & so is her administration(Delhi imposed) so, plebiscite would be MOST free & fair under her control. Sir Owen Dixon wrote in his final report that Nehru wanted plebiscite to be held in that condition under which India gets full chance of heavy rigging in that to her favor & the whole world accept that result as most free & fair. That stand is the stumbling block from 1949 till now. I was in Kashmir recently few weeks ago for a long time without security & traveled everywhere. I talked with over 1,00,000 people. Indian army killed over 1,20,000 Muslims & raped over thousands of young girls as per Govt. of India"s order. I"ve seen how people are harassed by rogue Indian Hindu army helped by the sikh army. 99 % people are against India & none in her favor. People"s verdict is crystal clear. Many districts are now liberated zones, as Indian army is retreating b coz of people"s resistance. India & Pakistan both have no locus standii on Kashmir. Indian partial constitution is illegal in Kashmir. Kashmiri people are extremely intelligent & talented , much more than Punjabis of India . Every Kashmiri is fully aware of the problem & people"s rights under international law finely, ready to give fitting reply to any question on the issue, much more than any Indian, a news for all Indians. Most of Indians don"t know an iota of the problem. Whatever I "ve presented here is only a tip of iceberg. Study in detail & analyse HONESTLY. Only PERFECTLY NEUTRAL persons can talk honestly on Kashmir Dispute. Most of Indians favor India only b coz they"re on their side of the boundary & not on the basis of truth, honesty & justice. None of these three virtues exist in Indian elite & ruling society. Kashmiri people are very honest & simple but brave, much braver than Palestinians. Little knowledge is a dangerous thing. I"ve read over 100 books and about thousand articles on Jammu and Kashmir. I throughly studied ur article namely THE KASHMIR PROBLEM AND ITS SOLUTION and i partially agree with ur views and comments. However dr sahib as u mentioned again and again in ur article that people of pakistans punjab and frontier are settled in the pakistani occupied kashmir is totally baseless. Still no non kashmiri can allowed to buy any type of property in azad kashmir. U never found a single case as u stated in the report. Only original kashmiri nationals are lived in azad kashmir. However being a kashmiri I hereby represent my kashmiri nation that either India or Pakistan both are greedy like hungry dog. We want freedom and independence and our struggle shall be continued till the time we crushed the indians and pakistanis both the ideat nations as we have a rich history as compared with these two nations.
