1	Truth Speaks on Jul-30 : No matter how bad we try, the Pakistani and Islamic Terrorist elements in Kashmir would never allow peace. They use a single individual crime (like a beating, rape or killing) committed by anybody to foment the trouble to keep Kashmir in focus. There are many more crimes committed in many Indians states than in Kashmir. Take Delhi, Bihar or UP, the number of rapes or murders are 1000% more than Kashmir. It is impossible to prevent each and every crime. Punishment is possible, but prevention of crime impossible.
