2	S.Ghosh on Feb-25 : Aid of Anglo-American type, the money that will end up in Swiss Bank accounts, is the solution to the poverty of the Anglo-American Economists, who will get a share of that as Consultants, but the poor will be still the Slumdogs.
1	S.Ghosh on Feb-25 : Sachs is that EVIL who had turned millions of people of Eastern Europe and former USSR into destitutes, when he was appointed in 1992 as the Adviser to Yeltsin. Because of his advice, there were 3000 percent inflation, all factories were closed down, all assets of the public were distributed among some criminals, who are today Billionnaire Oligarchs. Economists like him cannot give advice to their own countries USA and UK, which are in a mess, but they have the arrogance to advice the World. Aid of Anglo-American type, the money that will end up in Swiss Bank accounts, is the solution to the poverty.
