I expect that you ask your neighbors and friends to write similar letters as well. Your newspaper will not initially publish your letters, but when they see a lot of people writing with the same complaints, they will start publishing your letters. May be even come and interview you.

This is the police and the judges in India. Police normally pick up anyone just to get a good service record; if you live in India you know that. Anyone who can get a LLB even by copying in the examination, can be a High Court Judge, if he can practice for just ten years and is highly connected. Even if he will take bribes, he will be promoted as the Chief Justice someday. What do you expect in India????

He tries to get under the skin to force a reaction. His intent is fine, but the verbal Diarrhea is unrelenting. Kapuria you will do well if u move away from SG/AM etc and focus on the issue and debate n defend that.

Kolkata, Nov 12 (IANS) A West Bengal court awarded life imprisonment to two Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) activists Wednesday for the 2006 murder of Singur girl Tapasi Malik. Suhrid Dutta and Debu Malik were also fined a penalty of Rs.10,000 by Additional Sessions Judge Amar Kanti Acharya of the fast track court at the Chandannagar in Hooghly district. The court had convicted the two Tuesday for the murder of 18-year-old Tapasi, who was among those protesting land acquisition for the Tata Motor"s Nano car project in Singur.

Even our "secular" media admits that many Police officials in West Bengal are CPM sympathisers/activits. Coming to gravity of Police excesses in West Bengal we have none other than Hon. Ghulam Nabi Azad of Congress who during an election rally had accused Marxists of West Bengal of murdering 22000 Congressmen .In our realpolitik Congress can oppose or collaborate with any party provided it keeps "communalists" kms away from Delhi. It is a dirty game of use and throw. Who cares about Singur.. Nandigram.. . Vice versa for Marxists. Our Media gives full marks to this "ethical" googly which stumps communalists hands down. As for our media Mamata is more important because she is opposing Congress, Marxists and BJP simultaneously. She gets 10/10 in realpolitik by our "secular" media. Why bother about Rapes.. Murders.. Suicides..?
21	S.Ghosh on Nov-18 : G.Kapuria: your idea that "the court in WB that ordered punishment to the two Marxists for killing/torturing farmers" is incorrect, because that case was about the rape and murder of a teenage girl in Singur, most possibly by some of the hundreds of labourers who came to construct the Tata plant. However, the police first had arrested her father( then released), then uncle and a CPI(M) local leader who is quite old, but there is no direct evidence, only circumstantial evidence provided by the police that the girl was active in the Trinamul so she was raped and killed by her uncle and his friend. Both of the accused declared their innocence and have appealed to the Supreme Court. Police and the Intelligence service in India and elsewhere can fabricate evidence to hang innocent people. That is what Purohit, and others are going through now.

What is now happening for Purohit and Pragya Singh? Can you trust this police? What the Judges did in the case of Bofors or Jain Hawala or Lallu Yadav ?

Instead Marxists became pussycats in Singur and Mamata Banerjee ruined West Bengal by getting rid of Tata. (b) Secularism is not there in India at all, as there are separate legal systems for different religions and castes and tribes. Pseudo-Secularists of The Congress are anti-Hindu, starting from the days of Nehru.

In the secularist newspapers and TV channels, we Hindus cannot talk, they simply do not want any of us to post comments. Ivarta people do not restrict us. That is the reason you see us complaining. Our complaint is not against all Muslims, christians and secularists, we only complain about their terrorists. And we are very upset that peace-loving Muslims, christians and secularists do not take action against their terrorists. Having said so, I must say that I was pleased to read that recently Muslim leaders declared fatwa against their terrorists. But we want to see that fatwa in action. We have not seen the same from either christians or the secularists.

In Kerala, in the Marad massacre case, the State Government is now asking the Union Government to launch a CBI probe into the aspects of conspiracy, weapons amassment and inter-State relations behind the massacre in which eight Hindus were chopped and hacked to death on the night of May 2 at Marad village, of Beypore in Kozhikode. The State Government had raised this demand before the Central Government three times earlier but it was sabotaged mysteriously by the Congress government of MM Singh. Kerala Home Minister said that the State Government had, on the basis of the report of the Justice Joseph Thomas Commission that probed the massacre, asked the Union Government three times to enquire into the conspiracy aspect of the incident. He said this was sabotaged in Delhi and asked, “Why was this demand sabotaged? Who had worked in the Centre to sabotage it? The Congress in Kerala should answer these questions,” The Congress is now controlled by the Christians, Muslims and Sikhs.

There is no surprise if some one paid money in bags and project themselves as terrorist. This way they can appease the minority community and so called secular parties within UPA viz. SP, JD and NCP. Thus, the judgement of High Court Judge is illegal.
