Unfortunately, Those who are blinded by ideological hate ususally donot wake up and would stay in denial(). That does not mean that arindam"s effort is wasted. It still reaches those who are about to fall in sharma"s trap. () Stalin"s gulag killed millions of people. Cruel working and living condition in stalin"s labor-camp/jail is a fact beyond resonable doubt. Rarely a prisoner comes back alive from siberia. However, Jawaharlal Nehru wrote in his book "...all those rumors are wrong. I have personally visited russian jail...positively impressed...preserves human dignity....working condition better then factory floors of india...."

A.Moron on Jul-03 : This judge has done something which is illegal. A judge has no right to change a law, discard a law or amend a law. Only the Parliament can do that.
Thus, the judgement of High Court Judge is illegal.
