1	A.Moron on Oct-08 : It does not matter. The list is prepared by the British, so they put all British, American, Australian, Canadians on top, with a sprinkle of HongKong, Chinese, Japanese, Israelis. There is no Russian universities in that list, French-Germans are at the bottom, no mention about the universities in rest of Europe or Latin America.
