8	Manoj Mishra on Nov-02 : Feedback sent to Author: MF-Hussain,-Artistic-Freedom- Hello, A criminal at any age is a criminal. The bias of the judge is clearly visible in his statement. He is obviously a visitor of art galleries and loves MF Hussain. Look at the protest that has rocked the world at the arrest of Roman Polanski for a crime he committed long back. Does the court excuse him because of his age or his skills at making cinema. Does the fact that you go to art galleries, the foul depiction of nudes becomes acceptable. If art galleries are promoting wrong art does it in any way provide approval to this art form. The Judge can then say that if you go to drug dens you will see people taking all kind of drugs and realize that drugs are part of the den. The answer is that if drug dens do not represent India, surely art galleries also can not be said to represent India. A line has to be drawn and Mr. MF Hussain and our dear secular, visitor of art galleries, and tolerant judge are the people who need to draw this line. I am sure MF Hussain would not be equally artistic when depicting his mother and neither would the judge be so tolerant if the painting was of his mother, wife, daughter or sister. According to the honorable Judge all cases should be heard by visitor to art galleries so that they are not pained by the crude depictions in the guise of artistic freedom. If this judgement becomes the benchmark, authors, artists, sculptors, filmakers need not fear anyone and get away with anything as what the court proposes is to make it difficult for anyone to lodge a protest. Your article clearly provides a strong counter punch to the judgement and clarifies on several issues that were not even considered or were misinterpreted by the court. MF Hussain is a art terrorist. He has now got the license to terrorise from the supreme court of tolerant, timid India and we can now see an avalache of such paintings from people with similar talent and intentions. If I had been a painter my counter punch would have surely been a naked MF Hussain, with the face of Bin Laden hiding in the pubic hair of a London art gallery.It would really artistic. This sad to see such judgements in a country which Will Durant and countless people so loved and admired for its spirituality,heritage,civilization,traditions,epics,literature,,art, architecture and above all morality and supreme way of living even today but it is all being destroyed by the use,abuse and misuse of the rerm SECULARISM WHICH NOBOGY KNOWS WHAT THIS RACHID WORD MEANS. A.Moron on Jul-03 : This judge has done something which is illegal. A judge has no right to change a law, discard a law or amend a law. Only the Parliament can do that.
Thus, the judgement of High Court Judge is illegal.
