David.. We are the guilty party, as you say. But if we had Hindu leaders, they would tell the people about what is going on and if the secularists rule us for some more, we will be extinct. H.Srinivas is correct. There is nothing Indian in the ISRO and also in the missile programme of DRDO, all imported from the Soviet Union, Russia, Israel and recently from USA.
However, that is also true about Chinese space programme, which is all Russian.
