The UPA and their allies have never done anything visible to tell the people that they are serious about tackling terrorism. I have seen many local cases in Bangalore, where the offenders walk way free. A profile case is that of Khafeel Ahmed"s relatives at Bangalore. Off course we all know about Afzal Guru. As long as we have pro-jihadi governments, we will have Thackerays. Extremism breeds more extremism. In fact, after seeing the Jaipur bombings on TV, a 6 year old kid asked me the reasons as to why the bombing took place. when i explained the broader notion of Jihad, the response from the kid was, shouldnt we do the same jihad against the bombers?

Maharaja Shivaji will be very sad if he is alive now. At the same time, I am very happy that the BJP categorically objected to Thackeray"s statements.
