There are no guarantees. Neutering or rendering impotent the militancy in South Asia is the problem for the international community to resolve and IMO, at present all fingers are pointed at the Generals of Pakistan financially supported by the Persian Gulf and Red Sea states in addition to America.

In my opinion India must act now on the followings because tomorrow could be too late; Severe all ties as much as possible eg. diplomatic,trade,sports,cultural,films,tvs and speed up the construction of fense between India and Bangladesh. Give priorities to guard Ido-Pak,Indo-Nepal and all the borders in particulars.
