2 Michael on May-25 :

I currently working on a reaserch paper for my cultural anthropology class on ethnic conflict outside the USA and after hearing on the news about the end of the decades long sri lankan was and how their military were indiscriminatly shelling civilians held up in a 4 sq km area with rebels, which i found utter barbaric i decided to reaserch this conflict. So far with the information i found it is uterly tradgic that it came this far without a solution. I came to a conclusion that the LTTE were unfarly labled a terrorist organization, the constant acts of state sponsered discrimination, persecution, violent ethnic inspired riots against the tamils, especially the deliberate burning of the Tamil library with priceless books on their history.... Books are irreplaceable, out of all things it was an act of insult,,, when a group of people been downtrodden on, everything taken away, facing extermination pushedpushed into a desperat situation where they refuse to be persecuted anymore will fight back desperatly with everything they can muster. Extreme persecution breeds extreme militancy. I was just sickened at the history of the conflict. The Sinhalese buddist couldve tried converting the tamils, when Sinhala made official language, they couldve gave time to educate tamils to speak it as a second language.... Just why? The governments policies are like that of Nazi Germany"s, yet not as cruel as the Japanese bloody tactics against the Chinese in world war 2.

Proud Hindu on Friday : We all must strongly denounce and condemn the violence and the gundagiri of the Shiv Sena and the MNS. Throw these bums out. They don"t represent me, a proud Hindu, in the least.
g kapuria on Friday : I strongly disagree. Secularists are the biggest threat to India. They shelter the fundamentalist muslims and christians. Secularist newsmedia do not report their misdeeds, which gives goondas like Bal and Raj Thackeray a platform.

Dick Cheney is absolutely correct on this. While Bush and Cheney miserably failed on economy and Iraq, no one can point a finger at them when it comes to keeping America safe and secure from Islamic Terrorists. More Americans are feeling that Obama is going soft on Terrorists. No wonder, Obama is fast losing support of patriotic Americans and even ....

It is funny to see that Bangladeshis are proud of Islamic Imperialism, which has killed millions and subjugated millions until very recently.
Millions were killed in what is now Bangladesh and every important places ( Paharpur Buddhist University for example) was destroyed by these Muslims.
What is there to be proud of?

Wow!

AC tents for tribals who live and sleep in open in all weather conditions.

The Paki general is looking forward to camping trips in AC tents at the expense of American tax-payers.

This is effective diplomacy for personal gains and it may not be classified as a corrupt practice.
