2	Truth Speaks on Jul-08 : EVM is fallible, but a paper baller doesn"t. That"s why even the technologically most advanced nations (US and Germany) use paper ballets. Here is India, the CEC is a Congressman who facilitated UPA victory by rigging EVMs. Shame on him.
1	common sense on Jul-08 : Is there an object on this plannet that is not infallible? Issue should be degree of accuracy. Surprise is that Indian developed EVMs are regarded as untrustworthy, undependable, and untemperproof. Where are the top IITians? May be, they are working in the USA.
