You mention-Indian Hindus are secular, I take it with a big pinch of salt. To me, they are "could not care less", most disunited bunch of human beings. They don"t protest much, when their temples are forced to pay tax and various privileges are given to "minorities"( In India, minorities are those people who are followers are imported Abrahamic religions.) Your last paragraph is the most important part of the article. This bit must be emphasised again and again with practical steps, that Hindus can take We are having non-stop rain here for 3 weeks. 20	S.Ghosh on Jul-22 : BJP does not represent the Hindus, it is not a Hindu party. Thus, defeat of the BJP has nothing to do with the defeat of the Hindus. BJP is not a Khatriya party either, it is a party of the Marwari Business community. Thus, it is a Vaishya party. These Marwaris and other Rajputs were loyal servants of the British, Mughals before the British. Thus, there is no inspiration from this party BJP, which is only another version of the Satantra Party.

18	S.Ghosh on Jul-15 : BJP is an anti-Indian, anti-Hindu party. (1) I have seen articles in The Organiser justifying British rule in India. (2) Balbir Punj, Yaswant Singh are openly hostile towards the only friend India ever had ---USSR, but these people are all pro-USA, although USA is a friend and ally of China and Pakistan, our enemies. (3) They are anti-Hindu because they only talk about Savarkar"s Hindutva, while Savarkar was not a Hindu, but a Rationalist just like EVK Perier and Annadurai, the Gurus of Karunanidhi. (4) Recently BJP is supporting Nepalese immigrants, who not satisfied with getting Sikkim totally, now wants the entire North Bengal as a province of Nepal. BJP is supporting that and as a result has proved itself an Anti-Bengali party. By all means BJP, a party of the business community, really stinks.

16	S.Ghosh on Jul-05 : If the fear about the EVMs are correct, BJP or the CPI(M) are not defeated, but cheated by the Chief Election Commissioner, who used be an executioner for the whims of Sanjoy Gandhi during the days of Emergency. His integrity is in question even by the former Chief Election Commissioner. Remember what EVM has done for George Bush in his first election in Florida. Without his brother Governor of Florida manipulating the voting machines, George Bush would never be the President.

UK and the European countries, Soviet Union, Russia, China, th entire Middle East are not secular. Even in USA, any presidential candidate got to prove himself a Christian. In Japan, Buddhist Party is one of the coalition partner of the ruling party for many years. So, they are all wrong, only the most corrupt, degenerated Indian politicians are correct.

You write: "India is a secular nation because Indian Hindus WANT IT TO BE SECULAR. Religious plurality is integral to the Hindu Dharma" EXACTLY. Then why would the majority Hindus vote for a Party dominated by clowns who rant against "secularism"? (Read any of the articles published here - by most ivarts Columnists). A member of this vast majority may agree completely that there is a huge problem, with all sorts of bigots trying to take over India, BUT.. s(he) is not going to go vote for just another bigot as a solution to this. Do you expect her to say: "I WANT INDIA TO BE SECULAR. So I will vote for this Holy Saffron Bigot who HATES all people who believe in a SECULAR INDIA" Duh! The Congress has an easy time PRECISELY because the BJP does not have the leadership to articulate clearly what the "Hindu agenda" is.
12	A.Moron on Jun-28 : Subbarao: Excellent posting. MM Singh"s daughter has already got a Green card; that is true about sons and daughters of most ministers of both BJP and Congress. Thus, India is being ruled by remote control from Washington DC. BJP has expelled Guruswamy within a few days it got the power, as he has exposed the serious corruption of Yaswant Sinha, because of whom India government is loosing at least Rs.6000 Crores of taxes every year but the relatives of Yaswant Sinha and other BJP leaders became multi-billionnaires. Yaswant Singh is an agent of Israel, American and British weapons lobby. That was the reason he has ignored India"s only friend Russia and went on to purchase Hawk from Britain and more and more from Israel and USA. How much he has saved in his Swiss Bank account I do not know but his life style does not correspond to a retired officer of the government.This is true about all other leaders of BJP most of whom are retired officers. Throughout their life they have taken bribes and stolen money from the government.

It only represented the self propelled agenda of their own to use Hindutva and Sri. Rama"s name to garner votes and capture power. BJP party is led by an opportunist and self centered person called Advani who has nothing to do with india for reasons he lived among muslims and muslim environment in Pakistan and went to school in christian schools and read some Cornige Course books " how to win friends" and dupe the public etc., The way term they dumped lord rama during their rule their fate was sealed. The way they bungled and mishandeled the Air Hijack to Kandhahar to where Mr. Jaswant Singh went for hosptage release and the way mr. advani and others in BJP cabinet contradicted each otehr about what has happened during that period and who did what at that time casted doubt about the personalities and integrity and character of that BJP leadership. I wish to remind you that Dr. Dubashi was the economuic advisor to Advani and Gavindacharya a political advisor to mr. Advani when BJP made a stunning victory in polls initially. The Advani and Vajpayee being american agents dumped both Dr. Dubashi for his swarjya based economic policies and against foreign invetment and Gavindacharya who want to poject BJP as a party to protect hindu values and hindu samskruthi. Mr. dara Singh did his share of hindu dharma on the missionaries engaged in conversion of hindus into christianity in Orissa mr. Advani as home minister did nothing to save Mr. dara Singh saying that he was only rescuing the hindus from being deceived by the missionaries as his moral dutiy. The most important thing I would like to say is that i was told that mr. Vajpayee is a drunkard suffering from cirrhosis secondary to alcoholism. If so, he should have been kiked out of the BJP party instead makihim a primeminister and he was licking the feet of pakistanis wherever they went to attend the conference which he attended. he is another fake hindu and a jerk who betryed the hindus and even betryed Sri Ramachandra Hansa of Ayodhya. Finally BJP, is a joker party of self seekers and never represented the feeling of hindua and in fact hurt the badly than anyone else. I never heard someone like Mr. Advani would allow FBI as foreign institution to set up an office in India. Look at what BJP did. because of their misrule sonia became more powerful and ruling the country to make our country a christian state and with that every Indian now a days thinks everything foreign is better than our own. Our country is getting pillaged much more than what Robert Clive, Gaznavi, Lodis could loot India in the past all because of name encouragement of foreign investment under Mr. Manmohan Singh. Look at this, his dauter lives in US and natually his loyalty goes to US because he may get a green card and settle there like Mr, Thue of South Vietman sometime soon. Mr. narasimha rao"s daughter settled in Ohia and he applied for a green card and was waiting for it during his rule. We the hindus are foolish and did not understand even the meaning of hindutva whic only means Matru Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava, Acharya Devo Bhava, Athdhi Devo Bhava, Satyam Vadha, Dharmam Chara, we have to live with restrain on five evils of mankind: Lust, Anger, Miserliness jealousy and Ego and if that is followed there wont be any population explosion, rapes, molestation, murders, cheating and looting as is happening in our society today. May God bless and rescue the Hindus and give them a sense to act unitedly to establish Rama Rajya not Thives Rajya as established post independence by the fake leaders of the past and present leaders of today in India.

BJP is deeply in the pocket of international Anglo-American capitalist. Their agents in the BJP are Brajesh Mushra, Jaswant Singh, Arun Sourie, Arun Jeley, Balbir Punj, who are in the BJP just to promote an extreme version of Man Mohan economics. If the leaders can not grasp the events in a timely fashion, have no alternative plan B, can not gather human and material resources in their own country, can not fight foreign agenda & manipulation in their own back yard, do not understand psychology and conspiracies, have not capacities to sacrifice for their beliefs, people are not inspired to do selfless opposition. EVM is not the only sign of fraud, like in Iran there are so many unlikely scenarios, which could have been explored and the plan B put place quickly to expose the fraud.

7	danavasur on Jun-21 : Indian election 2009 was fraud as much as Iranian election is. Only difference is that Iranians people as well as leaders were quick to call the bluffs of the ruling party where as the millions of Hindu supporters and their leaders have no clue what hit them. Where as the Iranian protest is clear and louder and has earned world respect, Indian reaction ended in a weak whimper. Only a few intelligent stout Indians attempted to see through the fraud. Whereas the Iranians after isolation and sanction still has 1/3 of its population internet access and 2/3 has cell phones, most of Indians in so called Macaulayan fraud democracy has largest number of malnutional population have not enough food to eat. Iranians at least have an honest neutral media in theocracy but India has most corrupt and anti national government and India. The opposion leaders are not bold to call the bluffs even after 2 unlikely defeats where as Iranians were quick to compare Ahmediajani winning in some areas like John Mckaine winning all African American votes. Indians are so stupid to note have noticed such hundreds of signature of fraud and not able to do anything. There is now no excuse for Hindus to bring MODI and defeat anti nationalist in a fair election.

There were two main reasons for the loss this time: (1) secularist media campaign and people like Arun Jaitley not objecting to the description of the BJP as a communal party by Sagarika Ghosh and (2) unwillingness to articulate the dangers posed by the secularists and minorities by the Congress and the Christian parties. People did not vote for the BJP because they could not determine what is special about BJP. I did not find anything special about BJP.
