1	Truth Speaks on Sep-27 : Instead of personality based campaign, BJP better showcase its best ruled state governments and their achievements. If people like their governments then they will reelect and even other states may give them a chance. Personality based campaign are relevant only in presidential system, not in parliamentary system.
