11	da punjabi on Nov-11 : Ghosh is a Bengali post independence.. They think just because they lived with British for more years than rest of the indians, it makes them modern people, and worthy of Opinion.
10	S.Ghosh on Nov-10 : Brinda Karat is anti-Hindu but I am a Fundamentalist Hindu. I want Hindus to clean up themselves, so that anti-Hindus cannot find out any defects. That can be done only if the Hindus follow the Vedas, Upanishad and particularly the Bhagwat Gita and discard all other evil, disgusting and wasteful practices. Hindus spend a lot on fake Gurus, temples, communal Pujas, spending billions, but at the same time most Indians do not have money for medical treatment, or education, or even food. Hindus should ne ashamed and must take care of other people first rather than spending money in these ways. Hindus must not follow all these disgusting practices, I have mentioned. These are false Hinduism, not supported by our Shastras.
9	L.T.Sippy on Nov-06 : To be fair to Brinda Karat, she has attempted to link entire Hindu community with terrorism without indulging in hate list that S. Ghosh makes. Unlike Ghosh she is yet to state that all Hindus eat half burned dead bodies in the cremation ground ! Entire Humanity that Ghosh refers to ( Or rest of Non Hindu humanity) is more inhuman, more militant, more violent than Hindu race Contribution of Hindu civilization has been acknowledged by all right thinking ( Civilized ) people on this globe. However there are cynics in India who dont agree and can propagate negationism about our culture. Hinduism gains by their critism. For example Point made by S.Ghosh about exravagant Pujas by Hindus is valid. Hindus are slowly and steadily moving away from ritualism . Fortunately Hinduism has and is and will produce reformers which no other faith is capable of producing. Contribution by likes of S,Ghosh and Brinda Karat is also useful. Hinduism has strength and ability to absorb such critism.

5	L.T.Sippy on Nov-06 : Brinda Karats ideology and party is a prisoner of Minorityism. Without support of Minorities in West Bengal and Kerala where minorities are appreciable- her party would be wiped out. Unfortunately Minorities wont give their support unless and untill you demonize and lampoon majority. Denigrating majority is bread and butter issue for poor lady ! We should sympathise for her rather than criticize. Let her Bindi remain on her forehead. No Muslim will will ever condemn her till she indulges in majority bashing.
4	common sense on Nov-06 : For Hindus to “learn what TRUE Hinduism is as prescribed in the Vedas, Upanishads and Bhagwat Gita …” is a tall order! Most Hindu reformers ended up setting their own tents outside the mainstream, and preached religious philosophies of brands of their own making! Since, Hindus have no POPE, they ascribe to their own brand of definition of Hinduism and Fundamentalism, and set their own litmus test to grade the population.
3	S.Ghosh on Nov-05 : Kart5hikeyan: Unless Hindus will learn what is true Hinduism as prescribed in the Vedas, Upanishads and Bhagwat Gita and unless Hindus will discard all false gods and Goddesses of Puranas, Hinduism will be a laughing stock of the rest of the world and you cannot blame the non-Hindus for that but you need to blame yourself. Hinduism was in a muck until the middle of 19th century. It took a lot of efforts of Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Dayananda Sawaswati, Swami Vivekananda, Sri Aurobindo and many other social reformers to turn away Hindus from false practices and false Gods and Godesses of Purana. However, now some Hindus are going backward. That is the reason Hindus should be Fundamentalist, i.e., know and practice the Fundamental Hinduism.
2	Karthikeyan on Nov-05 : Mr S.Ghosh, Why are you worried about various representations of God ? The world doesn"t need you and your missionaries giving lectures and abusing and deriding Hinduism. The more you do it the more counter-productive it is going to get. Straighten yourself or you will be striaghtened.
1	S.Ghosh on Nov-04 : I only wish that Hindus will be fundamentalist i.e., they will follow the fundmantals as written in the Vedas, Upanishads, and Bhagwat Gita. They will not worship all kinds of false gods and goddess, lingas, kalis, rats, monkeys, stones but follow what Sri Kishna said in the Bhagwat Gita. I hope Brinda Karat will be correct oneday, then Hinduism will be glorious once again.
