10	S.Ghosh on Oct-29 : It seems there is a general support of the Marathis and the Government of Maharastra for what Raj Takre is doing. (1) A 25-year-old man hailing from Uttar Pradesh died after being beaten up on board a local train from Khopoli to Mumbai"s Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus station.Dharamdev Rai and three other labourers from UP were on their way to Kurla on Tuesday afternoon when they were beaten up on the running train by 8-10 people.Rai"s friends have alleged that they were beaten by Marathi-speaking youth, after they learnt that the labourers were North Indians. Rai was admitted to the Dubey hospital in Badlapur but succumbed to his injuries. (2) One boy from West Bengal was kicked out from a running train near Kalyan by the Marathis and his body disappeared ( according to Bengali newspapers in Calcutta). (3) A group of Bengali youth went to Bombay for the same Rly examination. They could not get any rooms in any hotels because they are not Marathis, so they had to sleep on the Rly Station. Then in early moring Marathis came and attacked them. Police did nothing but instead started beating them as well, and robbed them of their belongings and money, forced them to get on a train to return back to Calcutta. A few years ago Marathi lawyers started agitations against the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court because he was a Bengali. C.Mukherjee. By all means Marathis are racists. It is a shame that BJP supports Siva Sena which is a racist organization. There is no doubt that Hindus like the Marathis are violent.
9	g kapuria on Oct-27 : SG.. there is no real need to paint all Marathis with such a broad brush. I would be more interested if you have a good, persuasive and nationalistic message for the people of Maharashtra. People like Raj Thackeray can only gather a following in a climate of intellectual vacuum, especially when there is no high ideology being presented. No sane person would expect high ideology from the current Congress leadership. BJP too, cannot bring a moral message, as long as they side with the Thackerays.

Another aspect that bothers is that how come that there is not a single Hindu inspired Corporate that is prepared to run a full fledged TV channel and help in projecting the truth? A.Moron on Jul-03 : This judge has done something which is illegal. A judge has no right to change a law, discard a law or amend a law. Only the Parliament can do that.
Thus, the judgement of High Court Judge is illegal.
