Dear Sir, I was disappointed to find that, at the end of your interesting article, you referred to the prostitute as "selling her body." She does no such thing. Would you refer to a bus driver, a nurse or any other worker as selling their bodies? When one sells a car on Monday, one can"t do it again on Tuesday, and again on Wednesday. She sells the use of her body, like every other worker. The phrase "selling her body" adds to the stigma; but this woman deserves to be honoured and respected more that most.

I have seen in the India Society in Cambridge, most of the important organiser were Pakistanis, including Ayesha Jalal, who wrote the biograpghy of Jinnah and justified him.
